Major Facelift!!

Inside our new barnFairview Sport Ponies has undergone some major changes in the last year to keep up with our growing pony herd. We finally have all of our horses and ponies in one place for the first time in over ten years - we are now settled in at our family farm just outside of Camden, Illinois. In order to get the farm horse-ready, we've added several new paddocks and run-ins, but most importantly, we have a brand new indoor arena! We had Pineview Wood Products, owned by Floyd Yoder, construct our beautiful 60x160 indoor with windows and overhead doors. Gunn Construction took care of the footing, and Augusta Plumbing & Heating installed our new lighting from FarmTek.

We also added two permanent foaling stalls to the barn we now call "The Nursery;" along with brand new fence for four new paddocks for our stallion, performance horses, and foals.

More about the Farm

mares on the hillOur farm has been in the family for over 150 years, since it was homesteaded in the mid-1800's by John Price and Eliza King, who were married in 1834. The farm has been passed down through five generations, almost always to the daughters of the family.

With nearly 400 acres of rolling hills and a farmhouse that began life as a log cabin, the farm is a great place to call home for our family and 14 ponies.
